Insurance Information
Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. Any financial benefits that you may receive from your insurance carrier are a matter of settlement between you and the insurance carrier. We participate in various PPO and HMO programs including the Medicare insurance program. Many insurance companies now have primary care physicians and strict guidelines requiring precertification for office visits, physical therapy, lab tests and surgery. If you fall into this category, please notify the nurse immediately if the doctor recommends any of these things.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled for the Oklahoma City Office, located in the TPG Medical Building at 10001 South Western, #204. I practice in the office all day on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings. Due to my type of practice, emergencies can arise that may require the cancellation of your appointment. In the event of such an emergency, my staff will call you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Your patience and cooperation in this matter is appreciated

Fees & Payments
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical
care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at
the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience we accept
all forms of payment except Discover and American Express. If we are
a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However,
payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist
you in handling claims.
Telephone Calls & Emergencies
The office staff has been trained to answer most questions, however if they are unable to answer your question, your chart will be given to the doctor to return your call.
For your question to be properly answered, please call only during office hours for prescription refills, insurance problems and office appointments.
If you have a problem requiring immediate treatment such as severe pain, swelling, bleeding or infection we will do our best to respond promptly. If for some reason you are unable to contact us, please utilize the services of the hospital emergency room.
